This is for Nichole and her Very Unconditional Custoner Service! I stopped by to see if they have the kind of flooring that we have in the house. I showed her the sample and before I was even done she was already on the phone trying to search this particular brand of laminate flooring from other places since they don't have it in their store. How Awesome is that! She totally went Above & Beyond to please and serve! Although I didn't do any business with her I highly recommend to check with Nichole first before going somewhere else!
