So, I got the Groupon during the winter time because it was such an incredible deal, and the winter can be extremely unkind to my Ruby. Ruby is my 2013 Mazda 3 When I first scheduled my appointment, I will have to admit it was tricky trying to find time that was convenient for the both of us. I work FAAAAAARRRRRRR west (like 45 minutes from the shop--all freeway driving, btw), and since I get off work at 5pm, it's impossible for me to get to Car Wash Cleveland during business hours. After going back and forth for several minutes, Diego finally agreed to stay after the shop closed to detail my car. (I was gonna redeem my groupon I bought, dangit! LOL!)
I AM SO GLAD HE TOOK ME! When he finished, my girl Ruby was looking like the day I first drove her off the car lot when I first bought her. But that's not surprising since he works with the dealerships in the area. He got all the snow stains out the carpet, the cracks where dirt and dust had collected were clean, my mats were sparkly and new! I mean, my fingerprints were wiped clean from that car! LOL!
Since then, I have redeemed my Groupon, and now I am a repeat customer. Diego takes care of Ruby. He gets rid of the scratches that mysteriously end up on my car, which I have a lot. (I am so rough on my car.) Diego certainly takes better care of my car than I do. *LE SIGH*
I thought about giving Diego 4 stars because we had to haggle about the timing so much when I first went to see him, but he probably knows that I was just going to be persistent until I finally wore him down.
In fact, I will be going in today. I'll have to post before and after picture.
