I have never posted a yelp review (good or bad) and I will probably never post one again. However, I hope this can save someone from the horrible experiences I've had with these people over the years. The latest experience has sealed the deal, I will NEVER buy a Mercedes again for the simple reason of not having to deal with their service department. I took my car in for what I though was a simple fix, they had it almost a month due to "waiting on a part". When I paid my $2,000+ bill, I was returned a car with a BROKEN WINDSHIELD. I pointed it out to my service rep and he told me they are not liable and there was nothing they could do then directed me to contact my insurance to fix it on my own time and dime. Then the delightful General Manager refused to come out and speak to me as I stood in AZ summer watching him through the window of his office. BOTTOM LINE, take your money elsewhere unless you want to dread having to get your "luxury" car serviced. I'd rather deal with Honda at this point or take an uber. I would probably get treated better. If you read this, F*ck you, GM. I hope you've been shit canned because it's where you deserve to be.
