Seriously disappointed. Husband called Schuelke on 1/15 after talking to 'Don' about re-attaching faucets and drains on 3 bathrooms and 1 kitchen sink and taking a look at a leaking tub/shower spout. Don's rough estimate for the 4 sinks was $300-$400 to start plus the cost to fix the leaking tub/shower and tax. We scheduled the appointment for 1/23 between 8-9am. I was called a bit after 8am to say Schuelke was running behind due to a previous day's emergency and asked if they could reschedule to 12-3. No problem so far, things happen. When 'Manny', the technician shows up, he asks me to show him what I need and gives me a quote of $1100 plus parts and tax, not even addressing my leaking tub/shower!!! I explained to Manny that is not what we were quoted. Manny's demeanor was one of impatience, disinterest and he told me "call all you want" when I mentioned I was calling Schuelke back to talk to Don because that was not the quote I was given. Long story short, Christy at the front was a doll but the back office who took my call said after talking to Don, my husband misunderstood the quote. I doubt that to be the case but even then, Schuelke took the position they could not meet in the middle on costs. I thanked Schuelke for wasting my day off work and let them know I'd express my experience on Yelp. All I got was "that's unfortunate". By the way, I found an independent plumber who did ALL the work above for $400.
