Had a great experience with Valleywide Appliances Sales and Service. Our refrigerator sounded like a blender when the fan unit kicked on, so it was only a matter of time before it would "conk out." Upon my initial phone call, I got a voicemail, didn't leave any message as I was frantic and calling numerous places, but I received a return call promptly from Andy. He was able to come out the same day and even accommodated our work schedules. Though the part needed wouldn't be available until the next day, Andy did manage to solve the "blender" issue by reattaching the fan blade which had come loose. To get to the point of this review, Andy was knowledgeable, professional, and a really nice person. Fixed the problem at a very reasonable cost, and even took the time to trouble shoot an issue we were having with our oven. Would and will definitely use Valleywide Appliance Sales and Service again!
