He tuned up 3 PCs and a laptop for me today! (Yes today is a Saturday and he came to my home; so I didn't have to disconnect and haul the equipment to a shop). I set the appointment up via email a couple days ago. He always calls to confirm when he's en route. Great guy and great service!
