2 stars for the office navigation process. Staff for the most part are nice and try to help, main issue is waiting for the doctor, both times, the patient I was with waited 2 hours with zero communication from staff on wait times or why the delay. Some patients come in for medication shots, testing, etc, they need more staff to assist get those people through their system so everyone is not delayed seeing the Dr. I'm also not sure if Dr delay is also the doctor, but needs improvement, our time is important too.
