If I could give them zero stars I would. This is the absolutely worst run store of ever seen in my entire life. I went into get for locks rekeyed on a Saturday morning at 7:30 in the morning and they said we wouldn't have them available until Tuesday. I told him that was absolutely absurd. asked if the manager is there he said he was the manager I said this is a poor way to run a store. Saturday is the most popular day to do home repairs and you can't spend 20 min. to rekey a lock which you offer as a service. On top of that his employee Bob got in my face while I was leaving and pointed at the door. Bob and Rich are total a******. Go to lowes they took care of it for me.
