I love La Tolteca- it's like being at a street taco vendor in Mexico, but a little more expensive and more selection!
La Tolteca serves as a Mexican eatery with many selections (I love the carne asada burrito and the Chile Relleno burrito) and at least 4 different types of salsa to accompany your meal. They also have a bakery, carneceria, and small store. The tortillas they sell here are HUGE and cooked several times a day.
Location is good- just off the beaten downtown Phx path on Van Buren with 2 private parking lots. Avoid mid day lunch rush by going in the 11am hour or after 1:30pm.
Word to the wise, don't get the SUPER burrito unless you want to make 3 meals out of it!
