I've gone to chiropractors for nearly 30 years for everything from intense low back pain to proactive adjustments. Fortunately, at this point, I am a proactive patient! Getting adjusted by Dr Chris is one of the highlights of my week. Not only does he aline my spine and neck, but he also adjusts my knees, shoulders and wrists. I am very active and something is always out of whack. I especially like how he can test for weakness, make a simple adjustment, and I am much stronger as a result!
