Outside of the final product we were dissatisfied. Poor communication and not very professional. Took months longer and more expensive than they had quoted. Would have done the work myself hindsight. We had to consistently call them every step of the way and a didn't care for some of the workers language, smoking, trash they left all while kids and wife were right inside. Also showed up randomly a couple times not even knocking or calling. Glad our dogs didn't get out. Felt more like dealing with contractors than a company. Disappointed considering the reviews and other experiences friends have had.
