I love this Smith's, and I have never even been inside!
There is a Smith's just a couple minutes away from my house, but as a mom of two... sometimes I drive out here just for their ClickList service! With ClickList, you can order your groceries online, and then pick them up curbside! The ClickList parking lot is behind the store (there are signs directing you there). Once you park, you call the number posted in front of your parking lot and let the Smith's employee know what parking space you are in. They used to ask me if I had any children, and then bring a juice to the car. But lately they haven't done this. Oh well - but it was a nice touch.
It usually takes about 10 minutes for them to come out with the groceries. Make sure your trunk is clear, because they will unload it for you. I love this because I don't have to step foot in the store. And this is fantastic when you have two young ones with you!
The staff is always very nice. This service is $4.95, but worth every penny! Plus, if you have their rewards program, there are coupons just for ClickList orders that pay off the fee. I've seen $2-$3 coupons on every day items (toilet paper, milk), so it's definitely worth it.
I am especially impressed with the deli service here! I like my deli thinly cut, and every time I request this, it is done no problem. Plus they layer the deli with wax paper so it doesn't stick together. Not all places do this surprisingly!
Also, I receive personalized coupons in the mail every so often, so that's a plus. And since I shop here so often, I always have fuel rewards.
