To me, customer service is huge. And to be honest, after a few weeks I don't usually remember the food I ate anyways, good or bad, unless there is something unusual.
What I do always remember, however, is customer service. The fact that the owner is on here reading reviews and cares enough about a poorer-than-average review, is impressive to me and more than justifies a trip back.
Everyone has an off night here and there and this could have been the case on the evening I went to this restaurant.
