Incredibly rude, racist and demeaning service. Only went in to get an estimate with the gentleman whose car I had damaged. He was black, and faced verbal abuse from the man at the desk after the estimate was drawn up. He called the gentleman an asshole and told him to go back where he came from. This was after he came up to me privately and told me the gentleman was trying to rip me off and basically that the estimate he drew up was incorrect. Extremely poor manners and professionalism. If you aren't white, don't go here...
