I had the best time getting my bridesmaid's dress altered here. Tam is wonderful and such a kind person, she talked to me the whole time and even though she was working with me and one other woman, I never felt like I was being abandoned or left standing idly.
I called on a Sunday (Father's Day) and they said they could see me that afternoon (YES!). I was taken to the alterations department and had brought the shoes and other accessories I would wear on the day of the wedding. Tam went straight to work and was a professional about it all. After that was done, we talked about how much it would be and when I could come pick up the dress. I needed to have it done before July 1st so it was a rush. They were all so nice. I paid and left knowing my dress was in the best hands.
Fast forward to today, I had originally set up my pick up time for 4:30 but called and asked if I could move it to 2:30. They said yes. Can you say flexible? Yes, yes you can. I went in, tried on my dress and it fit perfectly. The hem was EXACTLY where I wanted it and felt like a dream to walk with. Tam did an extraordinary job and if I ever have anything I need altered again I will go to Tam and this David's Bridal.
