The other day I locked my keys in the car with all windows tightly shut. I was just a few blocks away from Virginia Auto who regularly services my car. I walked in and asked for help meeting the owner, Matt at the door. Without hesitation we were in his truck driving back to my car. His diligent assistance got me back in my car and "have a great afternoon" from Matt was my fee. I have always had great service and never felt pressured to have work done that I could wait on.
