Today was my first time at Ken's, Yelp reviews made it sound good, so I took the chance. Definitely would return, very happy with the whole experience. Of course IVY my nail person was the one who made my experience a "5". Ken's is a busy , busy place but I did not at all feel rushed or uncomfortable. There is a well organized, peaceful feel in the salon. Today they had more then enough staff to handle all of the customers, even the many customers who were walk ins.
