Unfortunately, the quality of service and products of Oh Yeah! has been melting. It's now more like: Oh, Yeah, whatever. I've had some terrible espresso drinks here in the past 6 months. The espresso milkshakes have been very inconsistent, like everyone makes it their own half-assed way. Most recently, we got some extremely sour espresso shots. I took mine back to the counter and the barista kindly admitted that he must have messed up royally. He pulled another shot, which was just as bad as the first. They were also out of the vegan ice creams the past couple of visits. C'mon! In addition to magic and love, maybe they should add "competence" as a menu option, proceeds to benefit a training program for employees.
