I love Mirabelle Bakery! I especially love the plum tart.
They used to make the most amazing special order cakes--the strawberry one with lady fingers was TO DIE FOR. But they no longer bake these cakes or take special orders. This info hasn't been updated here on YELP. They also no longer answer the phone and they don't have an answering machine. The employee I spoke to said that the owner's reasoning for no longer taking phone calls is that they don't take special orders any more, so there you have it, no need to answer the phone. Personally, I would think it better for their business to at least have a message that says their hours so that people know when they are open.
Don't let their strange business practices dissuade you--Mirabelle is really good and I'll keep going there.
