My first couple of experiences were good. They were polite and seemed helpful and concerned when I went in to have my wisdom teeth looked at, and a routine cleaning. They talked me into having a couple of cavities filled instead. Okay, I get that. They were professional and whatnot, plus they were great about working around my schedule (I don't have the luxury of taking time off work to go to appointments). Then, instead of just filling those cavities, they removed all of my old fillings and replaced them... on my dime. Enjoy your vacation house. A couple of the fillings had problems, and they refused to fix them, so I can no longer chew foods harder than peanut butter with my rear molars on the left side of my mouth without pain. You know what, shit happens, I can live with that I guess. So I recommended them to a friend who has similar scheduling issues. They were extremely rude to her. After saying they would accept her insurance, they have been billing her for the past 6 months, tacking on late fee after late fee, and refusing to bill the insurance company. So we had the insurance company contact Perfect Teeth directly... they were also extremely rude to the insurance company. She just received another bill with another late fee, with Perfect Teeth still refusing to even send an invoice to the insurance company. And, to top it off, they keep emailing me and texting me, begging me to set up an appointment. I've asked them to stop. I've demanded that they stop. And it still persists... Go somewhere else. Save yourself the pain of shoddy work, the fortune spent on unnecessary procedures, and the harassment that ensues afterwards.
