I had insurance with them for about a year, they started me at a very low rate, 6 months later the policy went up about 40%, I went back to them twice asking why and if there was any other discounts I could have to help lower my insurance, the answer was the same both tines, no, you can't because there was a national rate increase. I decided to shop around for insurance and I was able to find a company that gave me a policy for a total of 83 dollars less a month. My new agent submitted a cancellation form on my behalf, which they told me they didn't receive when I called the following day to confirm the cancellation. At that point I asked if I could cancel it over the phone, to which they replied that it needed to be in writing, so the firm was submitted again. That prompted them to call me to try to retain my business, the lady I spoke to asked if she could do something to keep me as a customer, then she proceeded to tell me that she needed verbal confirmation that I was canceling the policy, which contradicts what was told the day before. Very dissatisfied with the level of service I received n they're good and fast to take your money, not much after that.
