The repair tech was rude and condescending because he had trouble finding my place. I was on my way to driving to him until he made a condescending remark and then starting laughing. At that point I told him to leave. I called the company and told them what had occurred. I was told I would be getting a call back---they didnt call. I informed LG of my experience. I can understand that the tech was on a schedule but I dont understand why he couldn't act professionally. This is coming from someone who created and managed his own appliance repair company.
