Im a local and all that you said has no relevance to the fact that on yelp you have posted your hours as 9pm, no other places of business charge more because they secretly close at 5pm and start some premium price hours, should def be stated better on yelp, open to "9" very long winded way to say you dont hire more staff to cover your long open hours, instead you ask your barbers to stay longer
Its frustrating to see your hours open till 9 p.m. then come to find out your hours are only really to 5 p.m. and after 5 p.m. you charge a premium price, which of course is a mystery number. Really great way to get me to stay clear.
