This place is a joke there prices are higher then almost all other place, they have people running the store that only know the difference in one appliance to another is the color. And are flat out rude, a young man told me I didn't know what I was talking about, I flip houses and have bought more then 100 appliance in the past 5 years, and have never had such an experience being told what I need and need to do, that young man needs to be fired or learn to keep his mouth shut. What a shame, but not surprising I guess since sears is closing lots of there stores. My guess is this concept will close also expecially with this type of customer service or should I say lack of, and just say lip service
