After a very bad experience with the groomer we had been using for 5+ years, I was referred to the cat groomer, Christie, at this location. I was astounded by the excellent service from booking the appt, to reception through to the vet tech, their veterinarian and finally the groomer. My cat, who had been deemed "fractious" by the previous groomer (during a 3rd grooming by them, all of a sudden) was groomed within an hour and back home relaxing comfortably. Same exact experience for our second cat who is elderly and just a little lovebug. They are about 5 minutes from my house. So, here it is lunch time, we're all home, safe and sound and I won't hesitate to take them back for their next grooming. Thank you Lakeview VCA for your excellent care of my kitties!!
