Stopped by around 10:00 AM to pick up a RX I had dropped off the previous evening. Three people were behind the counter so figured service would be pretty quick. WRONG! I stood there for a good 5 minutes when I finally stuck my head behind the counter and stated "could someone please help me pick up my RX". In response I got "yeah, be there in a minute". They acted as if I was invisible, then finally came over and got my RX. I thought I had waited a long time to pick up a single RX, when I noticed this CVS had a drive thru and a car had been waiting there when I arrived. I mentioned someone was waiting at the window and the clerk finally noticed. Customer service is NOT a strong point for this CVS pharmacy!
