This has to be 1 of the worst dealerships i've ever been to...i wanted to trade in my G37 for a new Q70 so I pull in to this dealership got out of my car.. And nothing.. No sales people no customers browsing around nothing..so i decided to go and just look around the lot....i was never approached by anybody....NOT ONCE! now I'm not going to try and do anybody else's job it is THEIR job to approach & greet the customer!! I got NON OF THAT WHATSOEVER so I left...i knew that this is the only infiniti dealership in town so i decided to look on line and found plenty of Infiniti dealerships all over Southern California, so that's EXACTLY what I did..i drove to an Infiniti dealership in Orange County California and got an awesome deal!! They gave me plenty for my trade & i was a CASH PAYING customer!!! So if you want to be completely ignored go here if you want a dealership that at least acknowledges your existence take a drive to So Cal.. Its SOOO worth it!
