I have left several 5 star reviews and really enjoy La Pure most of the time . However, my experience today was less than enjoyable. It's my birthday weekend so I decided to treat myself to a mani pedi. The lady who was doing my pedicure proceeded to cut down the side of my nail and without warning "pull out an ingrown nail" I went from relaxing to bleeding and pain. (I don't even have ingrown toenails!) I asked her to stop and she wouldn't. So much that the girl doing my gel manicure told her to stop. She proceeded to do the same thing on the other foot and I had to firmly tell her to stop. Now I have 2 jacked up toenails and a cut that is very sore. I'm only giving this post 2 stars because of the girl who did my gel manicure. My experience this morning really deserves zero stars. If I decide to come back and I see the woman who did my pedicure working, I will turn around and leave.
