Went to ride share area at McCarran airport. Text for Uber ride to hotel. Driver never pulled up to the pickup location. He finally showed up parked far away after at least 5 minutes. Had to walk out to read his license plate. He had a big trailer hitch still inserted which could have been a hazard for older or people not looking when loading their bags etc. I tipped this driver too. Got charged waiting time on my billing statement. What was this scam crap I was the one who had to wait and walk to get to the vehicle. Uber better get their house in order. The city authorities heard from me and they might just get banned again from the other similar complaints which are being raised. No Uber for me again once was enough. They must be joining the local casino practice of gouging their customers also.
