I like Hobby Lobby however the customer service sucks.
The last time I was here one of the cashier forcefully put money in my hand and made it fall to the floor. She was upset because I wouldn't show her my debit card that I made my purchase with.
I asked her why she needed to see the debit card that I made the purchase with, when I have the receipt. She said because she needed to see proof that I paid for it. And I said well isn't the receipt proof that I paid for it. And she said well I guess so (with an attitude).
I chopped it up that maybe she was having a bad day. And I told her damn that was rude.
So today....
There were about 4 employees at the door when I walked in talking amongst each other not one of them greeted me. Throughout my shopping adventure several employees walked by not once did they say hi or asked if I needed some help.
They are not welcoming nor are they friendly.
I will not be returning to this Hobby Lobby.
