Art's is a great place with very reasonable prices. Even if I don't go in as often as I should for my oil changes and car check-ups (trying to change that), Joel is superb at making sure I know exactly what's going on with my car, how long to expect it to be out of commission, if much, and what a good estimate of the downtime will be. He also calls you right back once your car is ready. He also seems to be a fan of some lighthearted ribbing (I tried out a closer place for a while out of convenience before going back to Art's but after a couple of years, I'm back and I plan to stay going to them as long as they're open); I got a little flack for being gone so long but I am fine with that sense of humor, haha.
