Looking for a job? Look elsewhere. I am usually not one to write many reviews, but after my experience with EWS I felt compelled to warn others about working with this employment agency. I was originally contacted by Amber Trask on April 2 with an employment opportunity. I took and passed the employer's assessment and was told I would be contacted at latest by April 19 for a final interview and training. The date came, and I heard from no one. Several attempts were made to reach Amber via phone and email, but I got no response. Finally, I reached out to Chelsea Lee (who I thought was an office manager of some sort), and after a few days she wrote back saying that the employer had no more room for me to start this month, but they were still interested in me and would contact me soon so that I could start by mid-May. At this point I desperately needed a second job to make ends meet, so I waited in the hopes that it would work out this time around. Unfortunately, almost a month and a half later, I still have not been able to contact Amber or Chelsea (after several, and I mean SEVERAL attempts), and I am utterly disappointed with the lack of initiative, common courtesy, and transparency I have experienced with this agency. I guess it pays to do your research before getting your hopes up. I have to agree with a sentiment others have expressed in their reviews here; it's bad enough to neglect/not respond to your clients, but it's even worse when your clients are so hopeful and working hard to find a new job because they really need one...and you told them you had something for them.
