Update: The owner called me and she was extremely nice and apologized. She offered to get the schedule worked out so that I can get my lashes fixed. Booking : Originally booked for a different day but I called just to see if I could have a sooner appointment and the lady on the phone was super accommodating. She let me know the girl I booked with is actually on leave but she could try to get me in with someone else. Day of Appointment : Came in about 15 minutes before my appointment and it wasn't the most pleasant greeting. I came in and there was no one in the front to greet. After standing in the doorway area for about 2-3 minutes a lady came up to me and was like "did you need something?" I didn't think that was the best greeting especially if it's a clients first time at your establishment. I told her my name and that I was here for an appointment at 5:30 and she was like okay have a seat. Application: Alexa did my application. She was nice. I explained to her that I've had issues in the past when my lashes weren't applied correctly and they have all fallen off fairly quickly. She stated she understood. Everything took about an hour and a half. I got a classic set. After she gave me a goody bag and some water. She also gave me the after care instructions. After Appointment: It's been 3 days since I got the service done. About 50 percent of the lashes on my left eye have fallen off and about 20 percent of the lashes on my right eye have fallen off. I got the lashes for a wedding so it was really important that they stay on. I followed all the aftercare instruction but that really did not do to much for the retention of the lashes. Customer Service: When I initially called to have my lashes done everyone was extremely nice. The girl I spoke with was extremely helpful. Now that I have an issue with the service it's another story. I let them know what was going on and they let me know that they only had one slot available. I let the lady I was speaking with know that I wouldn't be off from work until 4:30. She informed me that if I wanted the fix that was the only time slot available. I asked her if I couldn't make it would they be willing to give me a refund given that it's only been three days. The girl let me know that no they would NOT give me a refund and that I signed a waiver agreeing to this. It's a really bad business practice to treat people like this. If a service is rendered and within 3 days tons of lashes are falling off then something should be done. Now I responded to the lady asking if I could secure the appointment and she said Alexa was now booked and I would have to go with another tech, which is fine because I don't really know any of the techs. I will be going to get the touch up because I truly have no choice given the time constraints and I don't want to have pay another 130 somewhere else to get a removal and a new set since most people don't go behind other people's work. But I will not be taking my business there again. I've been getting my lashes done for years now and I recently moved to Vegas so I've had to find a new lash tech. NEVER have I experienced anything like this. Normally if there is a problem establishments are very apologetic, understanding and accommodating. This was not this case here. I was made to feel like I'm burdening them with my request but when I was going in for a paid service they were extremely accommodating but now since it's a free fix/touch up they are definitely NOT as accommodating.
