I was referred to Jacky by a friend so I excitedly called to make an appointment, I got to my appointment 10 minutes early and was told "5 minutes"..... and then 5 minutes later I was told the same thing..... and then again. Until 30 minutes later (20 minutes into my appointment) I decided to leave. Mind you, another lady had left for waiting there too long as well. If I make an APPOINTMENT and you schedule me for one, you should honor it. And if you are not willing to honor it then don't schedule appointments at all. Whether they do good work or not, I wouldn't know. My 1 star review is based on the fact that I wasn't even given the chance to try them out. Will absolutely not be returning.
