We moved in with cock roaches, crickets, and bugs everywhere on the carpet, closets, kitchen floors and bath tubs. The place was never cleaned. The only thing that was cleaned was the carpets (well we think because there were lines on them) we notified the staff via email with pictures. They offered to take $200 off our rent for the following month or send someone out to clean it. We had already moved everything in before we noticed how bad it was. We spent hours upon hours cleaning the apartment. It was terrible. So we took them up on the $200 off next months rent.
We had to call numerous time to get maintenance to come out to fix the door because crickets were coming through. Everything about this apartment is cheap and dirty. We can't open the sliding door because bugs come through the cheap screen which they've already said they won't replace. The tracks are so beyond disgusting! The carpet pulls up so easily and bugs crawl through. We pay $1100 to live in a one bedroom apartment here and I'm appalled at how gross this place is. Our lease ends November and we can't wait to move! Don't waste your time with this place!!! The outside may look pretty but the inside is terrible!
The day before thanksgiving they drilled in the parking lot (talk about inconvenience with our out of town guests) They are constantly working on the parking lot and have areas closed off. It's super noisy and inconvenient. They need to renovate the insides of these apartments first!
