Shame, shame, shame....I was not expecting much, but my food was laughably inedible and threw it away after forcing 5 sips and bites down for nourishment...if you could even call it that. I was in Hard Rock and didn't want or have time to sit down and eat, so being summer decided a smoothie sounded refreshing and decided to grab a toasted bagel to go with it. There is no where else casual in Hard Rock. My "smoothie" was worse than a 7/11 slurpee and tasted like bad frozen koolaid, disgusting. They made it out of a box mix without even a fresh banana in it. The bagel was dry, brittle cardboard....come on, I mean at least make it edible. I was too mad to even complain.
