We tried working with this company but never would I pay them a dime. The designer came to the first meeting and we told him everything we were wanting and our budget. He said it was a good budget and shouldn't be a problem. A week later he came back (over an hour late but at least he told us he was running late) with a design and quote. The design left off half of what we wanted and the quote was 5k over the budget we told him. And there were items in the design that weren't on the quote! We felt he was very unprepared and that we were falsely led that we could have everything in our budget. I would NEVER use this company. My neighbor said they also met with them before and they felt this company didn't listen to what they wanted at all either.
