Let me start by being cliché and saying if I could give this place zero stars I would. Ok, now you must be wondering why. I have a short version and a long version. Let's just go with the shorter alternative. Let me start by saying it was my girlfriend's birthday weekend. Upon booking the room I made sure to ask for 1) a room near the elevator and 2) a room away from all the noise downstairs. What do we get? The room furthest from the elevator and right above the karaoke bar or whatever bar they have downstairs playing a 10-song CD on repeat all night long. Ok now let's rewind a bit, we arrived 30 minutes prior to check-in and the lady at the counter couldn't even accommodate checking us in 30 minutes early without a $30 early check-in fee! Of course we just waited, but come on! Planet Hollywood allowed us to check in 4 hours early with NO FEE! Ok then comes the late check out part...we had to call 4 times because they kept telling us to call back after a certain hour. After all of those attempts we were still told there was no late check-out for that night. This place has a disgustingly old staff that won't accommodate to younger people- or so it seemed that way for us at least. Stay far, far away!!!! Save your money and stay at Holiday Inn. Sadly enough I've had far better service there AND they have free breakfast. Win win.
