I have to tell you they are not always professional! Recently I moved and the three movers (if you want to call them that) were abysmal.
Within 30 minutes I found out that one of team had a bad back. The other one was complaining about everything he did. The third one was lazy. Meaning he could care less about whether he was there on the job or at rest. At times he would sit on the back of the truck tale gate.
I was told by the team lead that they would place a red carpet on the stairs of the new place so as not to soil my plush carpet. Well, after they were done moving me in it looked like a cattle drive had come through. Greases, dirty foot marks up and down my just cleaned carpet.
When I called their boss and said who I was and what was happening he said, Yeah, that's it Yeah! Very professional, not! Oh then he ended the conversation by saying, well you are on the clock. I thought, sorry to have bothered you. What Madness.
What should have taken 3-4 hours took more than 7 hours. What a rip-off. I will be contacting them for reimburse for damages and the delay by incompetence. I will also be contacted the BBB.
