I purchased a session at Christmas for my mother to try out as she suffers from chronic pain. The idea of helping take away her pain, even for just an hour, seemed like such an amazing experience for her. Unfortunately it was not. Her water was cold from the start and never warmed up. The radio that you turn on to help you relax did not work, it only cranked like the sound of a motor. When she called for help, the young man at the desk gave a little giggle and told her that he had forgotten that her pod needed work done to it. He never offered to move her to a different pod or to reschedule her, it was such an "oh well" type of attitude (not mean, just naive about how to handle customers). Even when I went to pick her up he still did not offer any kind of assistance and wanted to check her out like nothing had happened. She was shaking so badly from the pain of being so cold. The advertisements of the pods were so misleading and so disappointing. Even when I called to escalate nobody offered any assistance, and when I asked for someone higher up I never received a call back. Such a disappointment and waste.
