The food is good and fresh but very overpriced and the service is some of the worst I've ever experienced. I used to be a semi-regular here but after my last experience there I doubt I will ever return. The service is always slower than prostate cancer, even when the place is empty. I made a reservation for my birthday and had them try to cancel on me when I had a dozen people showing up at 8. They called and tried to move it back to 9 only a few hours beforehand and got rude with me when I refused. By 10:30 they handed us our bills and kicked us out. When I wrote into their head office to complain, I never received a response. Highly unprofessional, and unacceptable. They offer nothing that I couldn't get at Kelsey's or Montana's where I'd surely get better customer service.
