Interesting experience. I came in for a hair trim, because I wanted to look sharp for an important business meeting. I usually wait 2-3 months between haircuts but this time it had only been about a month. I had been to this shop a couple of times previously and had been quite satisfied. This is the first time with Boris. The haircut seemed fine but I thought it was unusual that it was finished with my head wet. I didn't say anything because I assume that professionals know their job. When I got home and washed and blow dried my hair I could see that it was irregular and jagged looking. I returned the next day to try and get it fixed. Boris looked at it and tried to comb it down and suggested that I should apply gel and that there was nothing he could do to fix it. If I want to go around with hair plastered down by gel, then I really don't need a skilled barber. Needless to say I was very dissatisfied. I've been getting haircuts for 50 years and never had one turn out that bad and then to be told - sorry nothing I can do just adds insult to injury. Needless to say, I'm not going back there since my experience is that almost ANY other barber can do a better job on my hair.
