I used to love Mustard Seed, at least I thought I did, but now I realize that that was because it was really my only option for eating the way we do, organic and vegan. Once Earth Fare came into the area my mind was instantly changed.
They have an AMAZING selection of organic fruits and veggies, and exotic hard to find things.
The place is clean and well stocked. I've found it to be organized a little poorly or maybe just confusingly, but that might just be me.
I can't speak for their meat and dairy section since I've never ventured over to those areas, but their wine selection is FANTASTIC!
They also have a really great salad bar and hot and cold food lines, carnivore and herbivore friendly. You can order a fully vegan or regular pizza, sandwiches, coffees and lattes.
This place is everything you want in a healthy food store. Plus they have some amazing specials where they give away free products just for shopping there. Just last week they gave me two free organic ketchups. Once with my salad bar purchase and one with my grocery purchase! They have a pretty cool points system and email specials and coupons. Certain nights of the week kids eat free at dinner.
I'm really thrilled with the quality and excellence of this place. I would not be disappointed if I never stepped foot into Mustard Seed ever again.
Earth Fare has won the place in my heart, and my fridge, for mindful shopping.
