Insanely HORRIBLE customer service!! If I could give zero stars I would. My insurance set up a reservation at this location. I go in and the rep is too busy texting to acknowledge us. I then approach the counter and let him know we had the reservation set up by State Farm and the guy looked at me like I had two heads and seemed very confused. We made it through that. They only had 1 vehicle available- fine. I'll take it. No big deal. The rep then continued to give me several different prices. Would not look at me while he was speaking. Mumbled. Prices started at $6 and some change per day (after my ins covers 80%) I said great! Then he proceeded to give me several different prices and finally ended by saying our out of pocket price, 20% of the total, would be $309! And this is for 6 days. I said there is NO way that 20% is $309 and asked for a breakdown. He couldn't give it to me and kept sighing loudly every time I asked a question. Like he was annoyed and didn't want to be there. He then got very rude and started talking to me slowly like I was stupid. I can do math. That's not possible. I ended up walking out frustrated and angry without the rental and left the rep with a few choice words about his level of customer service. I will NEVER use this location again and recommend that you go elsewhere.
