Worst customer service! Rude and unprofessional Made an order online , they didn't get it right and when we called they were rude and did not take any responsibility (although we have a receipt showing the correct order) We went back to return the food, that same employee was rude and didn't talk to us... instead of fixing it the manager had no clue on what customer service is Cafe rio, train your employees on customer service !!!
