Well I visited the downtown Phoenix location of this business in the area is SKETCHY, the place is cold when you walk in with white walls, a lot of HIGH prices and the staff inside wasn't friendly. We were here to view my bfs totaled truck after an accident. Great news no one was injured.
Things turned around in a positive way when we had a wonderful experience with Joe the security of this place. He was a breath of fresh air and he genuinely cared about our well being from the accident, he escorted us to the truck and allowed us to empty out work supplies. Thank you Joe for your help and sincereness. :)
