I've been going in there regularly to get help with my 18 1/2 year old dog to clip her nails. I've usually always done it myself, but, as my dog as aged, &, when summer came it was way to hot to have her filing her nails on cement on walks, I needed help.
At this age, my dog actually can still run & in many ways is in good shape,but, definitely has some issues w/loss of sight & more, that I wanted to make sure that I didn't cut her quik (I've not in the past, but, wanted help now).
Felicia (I hope I'm remembering her name correct) has been spectacular & has assisted me while I hold Gracie. She has been so loving & gentle w/Gracie !!! That is exactly what Gracie has needed. I explained to her that I wanted to make sure Gracie did not bleed.
Many groomers & vets will not be careful, but, Felicia was great. She even started using cat clippers instead of dog clippers which worked great. Don't know why I didn't think of that.
