Terrible. Started off okay. Now that my son has braces they're constantly cancelling appts. and rescheduling. The Ortho's only there on Mon. So everybody and their mother is there on that day. The front office is nice and I don't think they're the problem. It's the Orthodontist. He always seems to have a reason to cancel. They need to get someone who wants to be there full time and more than one day a week. We already paid in full and expect to get timely adjustments and cleaning or whatever. Not moved up or rescheduled. Which means I or my wife have to reschedule to try to get off work and take him. I wish I checked the reviews first before we went here. Wife is calling corporate to complain. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!
