Entered into a service contract with them in 2009. First thing charged us an exorbatent amount to clean are ducts. Sent an idiot out to our house and blew dust all over our furniture and house . Didn't even clean the main duct work. Then sold us new duct. We did'nt need ...Then sent a guy out , got all nasty with us to force us to by a new unit. Pat murphy is his name. He finally fixed the blown capacitor for. $125 .The capacitor cost $12 at Grainger. He tried to sell us a fan that we did'nt need. And again became nasty and beligerent and told us we would have to call him back for it in 2 weeks. Pretty soon after his visit the whole unit died(only thing working was the fan he tried to replace.). We called on our prepaid service agreement and Yaz came out. He could'nt seem to diagnose it and said the freon leaked out and we need a new unit. Then called Manny, he's the guy you see on TV, after they found we could not by a new unit. They disappeared. Yaz had stated he would test for the leak for $400 , called and made an appointment. No show..second appointment. No show..Manny called and said unless we have $3000 up front he. wasn't sending any body out. Lost my job soon after that. No ac to this day ,all year. And the fan that needed replacing...can't even use that because Yaz stole thefuses out of the disconect. Be vary wary of these guys
