Purchased a $59.00 Groupon for a discounted "Exterior Buff and Wax Detailing ($119 Value)"
Was told it would take one and a half to two hours to perform the detail, and no appointment needed. I left for a quick lunch and came back in 30 minutes to find my big SUV completed. What? Immediately, I noticed they missed many bug marks and bird poops all over, and the roof was rough (not waxed). After they spent 15 minutes cleaning, I requested a wax redo. They returned 10 minutes later to tell me my two year old Honda Pilot needed a "Clay Bar" treatment on the top for an extra $20. I said no, just wax it so I can leave. The manager gave me a free basic car wash card for my trouble. What a rip!
